Returns

Effective January 1 2024 we are offering FREE 30 DAY RETURNS within continental USA for purchases on our 1058designs.com website.

Please email our Customer Service Department at merch@1058designs.com to obtain a return authorization number. Your return authorization number is valid for a period of 30 days from the date you received your order. Any returns without a valid return authorization number will be refused. Please write the return authorization number below our return address on the outside of the box. Of course, all products must be returned in new, unused condition in their original box. Shipping will be prepaid by 1058designs on all unless the “wrong item purchased”. Refund will be given on merchandise returned, less shipping only if “wrong item purchased”. We do not accept C.O.D. returns.

Even if you’ve purchased the wrong item, there will not be a restocking fee added to the return ( prior to January 1 2024, a 20% restocking fee was subtracted from the return value). If the product you purchased is defective or was damaged via shipping, please let us know, there will NOT be a restocking fee. Therefore, please make sure we can resolve any issues via email prior to initiating a return.

We are here for you during and after the holidays, therefore items purchased during the holidays from November 1st until December 25th will have an extend 45 day return window from the date of purchase.
